I used new 9 x 16 tubes (with a TF-150 flexible metal valve stem for non-radial tires) and new flaps with the 38 x 13 Super Swampers just like you would use with a NDT. No problem. Some of the guys I've met at the local 4wd center have them on 7" rims as well. A couple of them have close to 20k miles on them with no problems reported. Even though this truck is much heavier, I figure the narrow rims won't be a problem with the low speeds and miles I put on this truck. So far, so good, but I'll sure let everyone know if a problem develops!
