Replacement Shear Pin

What can be used for a shear pin in the pto is there a currently made bolt or something that will break before the winch does? What is the breaking point of the winch? I have something in there but it probably isnt origonal and to hard.
Also what is the gasket number for the back of the winch where the drive shaft goes in. Mine shaft moves up and down and oil leak out in about 40 minuts so I have to use grease.
