I've got a Spicer PTO for that transmission that might work for your application. It was originally used to drive a hydraulic pump. Are you looking to drive something at the front, or the rear of the truck? This one is set up for the rear, can be reversed to the front, and operates just like an oem unit except for the lever. The engagement shaft is the same as an oem, but lacks the arm that the lever pivots on. It would either use a cable actuator, or you would have to fabricate something for the stock lever to pivot on. I've got no use for it, so would be happy to trade for a PW wheel, or speedometer.
