To my knowledge the only rim made in a 19" size was a 19'5, and 19'5s are a tubeless rim.

Generally whole numbers 16, 17, etc are split rims, and rims sizes like 16'5, 17'5, 19'5 etc are tubeless.

If you want plain steel(not Budds) 19'5s for your 59 PW TW you should have little trouble as 8 bolt 19'5s are not that hard to come by.

Tires are easy as well as long as you have a big pocketbook, and you don't want original style traction tires.

But I may be wrong, there may have been a 19" rim I never heard of.
