Hi Roger, I don't have my Power Wagon pulley close by at the moment, but your measurement does sounds right. If these pulleys are off of Ford tractors from 1939 up into the late 50's, then the bolt pattern will be the same as the Dodge. Check the spline diameter. Could be either 1-1/8" or 1-3/8". Dodge output shaft is 1-3/8". The smaller shaft Ford pulley will work with a combination of adaptors. Don't know if I still have your address. I can send photos if you need them.
