Brake problem

I have a 48 WDX. The truck began pulling hard to the right upon braking only. I have tried all of the things I can think of with no luck.
There are no fluids on the shoe/drums. No excessive wear on the shoes/drums. The shoes are not lose. The cylinders are facing the correct direction (Left side/Right side) All four pistons are working. I have adjusted the brake lag. I've bled and rebled the system. No excessive play in the steering. What else?
