the truck is likely to be a 58-60 W300, not a 1957 W300, which was a flatfender. I believe 1960 was the first year of the 251 in a W300. 59-60 used the NP201 twin-stick,
while 58 used the NP205. 58-60 used the NP 420 trans.

The frames are different than later W300s, especially at the engine area. Uses the DANA 70F front axle with narrower springs, so the perch width is different.

Rear DANA 70 may be slightly different too. I am not sure of the interchangeability of inner axles. Brakes and hubs appear the same. Steering gear is different.

Are you sure it is only a parts truck? These are scarce. You should try to save it. If you are only looking for a parts truck, a later 61-71 W300 would provide more parts.
