My M-37 has a nice T245 in it, but I want to work on a flat-head (pistons, cam, valves,
header, etc...). In my search for another T245 I was given two 214 engines. I would like
to know the differences between them and things they share. I'm missing the side valve
covers, both manifolds, distributors, carbs, and maybe more. Will the 214 engines bolt
in without modifications ? I know what some of you are thinking, but I don't want a V8!
If I understand right the 251 engine is almost a remove and replace item ? I need help
and guidance before I start spending time and money, or next time I'll be writing a
"don't do this" article. THANKS FOR THE HELP !!!
