Not sure what that is, but apparently it's worth $2K. It sounds to me like the seller realized he's a grandpa now (maybe just turned 30, depending on where he lives) and maybe it's time to ditch his old ride. On the other hand, it's the fact that a guy can throw together something like that that makes America great.
