I have both, tho not stock. I am 6feet tall and have a leg room problem in my M37, much more than my Power Wagon. You simply cant get the M37 seat back far enough. I am considering moving the GO pedal to the tranny hump like Power Wagon to get my leg straight.
No comparison on handling and ride, the M37 wins hands down. With proper mods, you can make a M37 ride much like a modern short body pickup.
Both the M37 and Power Wagon respond well to modern upgrades for comfort and especially safety.
