You're going to have to find an independent hauler who happens to be in the area. You can try posting on the hauling page of yesterdaystractors.com to see if anybody is interested. Big car haulers don't want to deal with unusual loads and when they do, you pay extra.
Moving a truck any distance can be expensive, frustrating and even risky. In the end, the best strategy may be to just wait for a truck to come up for sale closer to your home.
In any event, never pay money up front.
