You can use a pipe plug. I think it's 3/4 NPT. Center punch, drill, and tap it for the adapter that you want to use. I use an M37 master cylinder on my WDX and it has an 1/8th inch pipe vent on the side. When I needed to bleed the brakes I just removed the vent and screwed in the fitting for my pressure bleeder.
