Wimpy Spicer 70 axles

I am kinda kidding as my truck was not used lightly by Henkels & McCoy (aka Crinkles & Destroys)as you can see in the pic, and it is over 50 years old!. my 61 D300 has failing pinion shft bearings and a worn out anti spin. I have seen quite a few Spicer 70s with bad or broken pinion shafts over the years. I have never seen a WC or PW 9 5/8 diff with bad pinion bearings. I think the ideal set up would be the 70 axle shafts in the Chrysler 9 5/8 diff. best of woth worlds. the 3 bearing pinion on the 9 5/8 is very durable.
