Just unstuck my 230. Actually filled the block with 4 gals of Marvel Mystery oil and some PB Blaster, let it sit for two weeks. Drained it and was able to turn it by hand. Now working on the fuel system and getting ready to start it. I've heard diesel and ATF work too.
