Frame number is found on the driver's side around the front shock mount. It can be very faint and hard to find. Try cleaning with some very fine sandpaper. Then hold a piece of paper on the side of the frame and rub a pencil flat against the paper to see if you can transfer the numbers onto the paper. The stamping will leave blank areas on the paper.
