That is not bad at all. As bob in Indy many guys would give lots to have a door in that good of shape.
You can cut out the rusted metal and make a patch to weld in. If you can't do that I am sure that you can find someone to help you. They even make adhesives to put patches in with if you can't weld.
If you have rust there in your door look along the bottom edge of the inner door for any more rust. If the drain holds get blocked by leaves and etc. there will be some rust there.
