I've called about two for sale on Craigslist in my area over the last nine months and they both changed their minds and took them off the market. Many rethink it and believe that some day they will restore them...and as others have posted, they rot in place.
I should talk...the 1950 I bought for my grandson last year has not even got a visit from me this summer, but that was due to dad coming up and my son not yet building his house with a workshop across the street from mine. I have it tarped and will begin next year.
