Yes, Joe, it is a land yacht...31', back bath Soverign International. It is in fairly good shape, and has a lot of work to be done on the interior, but the PO tried to "modernize" it, and really tore the interior up. I've got my work cut out for me, but so did I with my PW. I joined the "Airforum", and have succeeded in finding some well-needed parts. Like this forum, there are hundreds of folks out there that have been where I am, and can sympathize with me. Ya gotta know a little about everything when ya take on a project of this nature...as you well know...JET
