I've found 12v blower motors cheap enough, so don't need anything there. Gauges are usually mechanical oil and temp, so nothng there either. Amp gauge is not volt sensitive, nothing needed. 6v starter works AWESOME in 12v. So change the ligth bulbs, and buy the $6 electronic gismo for the fuel gauge.

And if you have the blower motor switch with it's own resistors mounted right on it, I bet you can disconnect the highest speed, running it on low only, and it would be a hurricane on 12v. And last just fine. I guess somebody can check it with a volt meter, while running. 8v would be perfect, 9-10 the hurricane speed.
