Ingersoll Rand is the best for sure. I like the all metal version better but in reality they all have the same twin hammer design. that is what makes them so much better than the others. I think the patent ran out and you can buy kock offs but I wouldn't. I have had the same one since 1987 and it has never had to be rebuilt. it was old when I bought it used. I used it as a professional mechanic for many years as well. Still works great.
