315 Poly question

I have located a good running 315 locally for sale reasonably. It is in a big 58 Chrysler land yacht with a push button automatic.
My question is, is an engine from an automatic a plug and play conversion to a standard tranny? I realize I would need to reuse my flywheel etc, mainly wondering if the end of the crank is prepped for a pilot bushing?
