I'll still argue that these gauges are kind of relative... What exactly does the it mean when the pointer is on the "H" in heat? or the "T" in heat... I know I should hook the original gauge back up, but for now I'll leave a gauge in line that measures degrees, and I know that it reads 212 when in boiling water!
