It's funny how they can't get a driver's license but we still have to be sure they have every opportunity to vote. Can't make them prove where they live, how old they are, whether they're citizens or not, or anything else before they can vote.
If you get in a wreck with an uninsured driver, at least sue them in small claims court, get a judgment (they probably won't show up), and turn it over to a collection agency so it will go against their credit and make it harder for them to upgrade their plasma TV to the latest model. Plus, report the judgment to the DMV, which will be an automatic 10 years license suspension. Not that it'll keep them from driving but it might give them a little extra trouble when they get pulled over for something.
How much longer will there be enough responsible people left in this country to support all the irresponsible ones?
