I used the stock through the floor pedal. And made a bell crank under the mounting bracket to convert the pull of a looong push rod to a push forward into the booster. I managed to rework a miscellaneous batch of hoses to make it all work without buying any hoses. IIRC, I bent a new stainless return line.

But how about this idea: Mount the clutch slave where the OE master cylinder went but re-using the old shaft mount. Saw off the brake pedal but weld the shaft to the pedal hubs (or drill a through bolt). Use the old clutch pedal. Now do a similar bell crank/shaft set up to the hung brake pedal system, and mount the hydro where the clutch master is now.

Or maybe dual bell crank/pedal/shafts to the hung pedals, swap the two master locations. Either separate pivot points, or make the two concentric.
