Ok I took everyone's advice and did it my self. Yep you all were right it was straight forward. It was missing some seals, there was about an 1/8 inch of grit in bottom of bowls. The pump was stuck and I broke the needle going into the main jet cause it was stuck too. Still need to find a replacement for that. But she's clean as a whistle now and sporting new gaskets. My kit didn't come with springs, hope they are going to be ok. It has a manual governor on the bottom of the carburator. I don't really see any linkages between the two, just a flapper to let more air in.?
