the hole for the belt pulley is not in the center. i am not sure why it was not centered but i would guess they needed more clearance with the rear driveshaft and the gas tank. thats a question that clint may be able to answer. the hitch is the one suggested by paul in ny. once installed, it is an integral part of the frame now. very solid!
