Brake Question for 318 in WM300

Planning on installing a 318-3 poly into my 1967 WM300. The truck has new dual MC and dual factory brake boosters already rebuilt and installed. Not planning on disc brakes with this set up. However, I need at least a hanging clutch pedal for the hydraulic clutch. Question is, can I run stock brakes and pedal, and just have hanging clutch pedal, or do I need to loose the master cylinder under the floor for a firewall-mounted dual master cylinder?

This is my first non-stock build. Thanks for the advice.
