Long history to the breed, bred tough for Oz outback conditions, work great on sheep, cattle, goats, ducks, grandchildren, they are great mates, frustrating as anything because they think before they act and you have to train them to your way of thinking, but what a lot of fun when you get one that bonds with you and once they learn something, they don't forget it.
