I just pull the whole center section. 2 bolts each side to the fender supports, the cowl strut rods, splash shiled bolts x 2 I think, the 2 nuts at the bottom of the ccore support, drain fluid, remove hoses, pull the whole assembly. an air ratchet fits on all of it. and that is assuming it has not been together for 50 years. I have had to heat the welded in nuts sometimes to get the 1/2 inch bolts out.
