i believe it is part of the artic prep on m37s. it would stand to reason that the fuel source comes from the filterED side of the firewall mounted fuel filter on an m37 and then somehow puts fuel into the carb? the m37 already has a good fuel pump priming lever on the fuel pump, so i think this is not part of that circuit. i wouldn't want gas running through the cab so close to 24v wires that spark......
