Stan, I had an antquie engine that was built around 1898or99, the nuts on this engine were hand made! not a one had the hole in the center of the nut, they were made from different runs of steel also because their were several different sizes that should have been the same size, just different enough to require an ajustment on the cresent wrench(gave up on sockets, some were to big and some were to small) old superior oil field engine. doesn't get any more personal than that!!
