I wrote him about it and he was adamant about it being all original but it is pretty obvious it has been changed. Looks like a 3rd series due to the hooks on the bed as opposed to the D rings and I'd guess an open cab or cab replacement.

Cab is from a 2WD as you can tell by the cowl lights and cardboard on the doors filler panels. Militarys aren't "supposed" to have cowl lights and they had metal filler panels. No windshield slides either.

The biggest giveaway is his shots of the data plates. When I ask if the cab was switch ed he said it was original as it had the data tags to prove it....... Trouble is the rivets "someone" used are not what Dodge used. They used semi tubular rivets instead of normal pop rivets.

Looks like a nice truck but given the conflicting info and misleads, I'd go in person to look before considering a bid. I think it'll be around for a while ;)
