I like how he says he's in no hurry to sell it. I know exactly what THAT means- he's in a hurry to sell it. Also, it sure sounds welcoming when he calls people who gave him offers for it "deadbeats". Oh, well. I won't be buying it, anyway. I'm too much of a deadbeat to afford it, probably. Haha.
