Waiting for new forum...post rally debrief. Complete success. I owe my wife Maureen a new bigger higher grade diamond. She did all the food no questions asked. Except "how many people?" You guys were great with attendance responses and we always figure on a fraction more considering word of mouth invites. Only winkle was tshirts size/counts but don't really expect to get that right anyway and will print more. People were all very happy all the time. The weather probably had something to do with that, for which I take credit. The rides were fun, 5 separate rides, fri afternoon and night, sat am afternoon and night. A few breakdowns and tow backs all in good fun. Added attractions of many horses, dave Fraser's 1946 Navion low level airshow, he watched, his friend flew, nutty 100 mile joggers, fireworks, Bob cocivi's acrobatics off the back of an m37, the power raffle, and best of all just a good old fashioned good time with plenty of old friends with plenty of new friends thrown in. Barring any unforeseen circumstances I plan on another. Have to since Ned said he'd burn the house down if I don't. Thanks everyone for coming and enjoying yourselves. And I only picked up one cigarette butt on Sunday! Big improvement there. Hopefully more pics will post soon.
