If you can get a fiber optic scope and fish it down into the cyl you can see if the tip is in there intact. Then look at the cyl walls for any damage. You can probably rent a fiber optic scope with a claw or magnet on the end that you can attempt to latch onto the broken injector. With luck, it may come out. If your lucky little boys, MAYBE there is no damage and you can retrieve the tip. And your good to go............MAYBE......its worth a try.
