The local Ford dealer had a car show today and yesterday afternoon I decided to enter, so washed and dried the 61 last night and pulled it in the garage.
Got up this morning and it was pouring rain. Figured what the heck and I went. Only had about 35 vehicles entered and I got 3rd place. Hard competing with the low riders, but I was the only truck to be recognized. That was nice.
Got home and went fishing for sockeye salmon off our dock on the Kenai River with my son. We caught 12 in about 2 hours; average weight of each was about 7 lbs. Just finished cutting and vacuum sealing 48 filets and put them in the freezer.
