Maybe some sort of resin. Not sure I like the fiberglass as it might create voids where the resin can't get into unless some sort of vacuum system?
What about some sort of closed cell expanding foam?
Eastwood sells an internal frame paint. Not sure how great the paint is but they sell it with a hose and nozzle you can use to get deep into the frame.
