Todd has it right!
Change out what he listed pull a vacuum and charge.
I will add that you should flush the system.
Due to the tools/equip. involved you can change out the compressor,orfice tube(need tool),O-rings then take it to a qualified A/C guy and have them Charge it.
Unless you have the guages,Vac Pump, Freon and freon scale.
