Those without sin cast the first stone.There are laws and rules that are ment for those that cause harm.And what harm would it be,by gettting a power wagon on the road.I dont think the sun would not rise the next day if someone but this title to good use.It would be envoimently friendlier than the tons of government paperwork it would take to make a old truck 100% legal.Here endth the lesson and in true Presbyterian form I kept this sermon short.junoir copey
