I went through the cost and effort to get mine fixed on the 49, before I changed engines. Other wise I would have had to re-stanp the donor engine with the old number like someone before me did. Now the truck is titled to the frame/cab number and I'm $90 poorer. Had a cop come look at the frame and my paperwork and sign off before they would issue a new title.
