Both alt. are 12v isolated ground type (Very Important!) to remember.
However the driver side Alt can use a regular Alt. if needed,passenger side must always be Isolated. Ground.
All the lights,heater,wipers are 12V mostly civi stuff.
The glow plugs/system is also 12V but receives it's power from the top buss bar(24v POS.)via a bank of resistors mounted on the firewall.
The Bottom buss bar is the Neg. bar.
The Starter is full 24v.
The original GM junction block on the firewall next to the master Cyl.
is the best place to grab 12V for Accessories.
The fuse block inside is mostly 12V but there are a few 24V circuits there too.
