I had a friend that had a cabin on a bluff above the Alaskan railroad north of Anchorage. One particular bear keep clawing his way into the cabin when the were gone. Even clawed thru the roofing and plywood. Even bit into and drank cans of motor oil. They said they finally wrapped a can of starting fluid with bacon and hung from a tree. When the bear bit the can, it knocked him out. They then rolled him down the bluff. The bear got up and staggered off. Last problem they had. It sounded like a good story anyway
