Soft copper tubing, split the end and flatten it to pick up the light mount, bend it to match the fender curve to the front fender stay, then bend that end so it directs your plastic tube covered wire along the stay. You can make it as long as you like and the shape you want, you can even thread the tube covered wire through it before you start bending. Looks neat, strong enough, paint it black and forget it's there, easy ;-)
