Ok then only the military stuff had pressurized systems then. I have seen both stock PW adn WC overflow tanks numerous times on trucks on this forum. the civilian version is different than the WC version.

I do not have the part number I lost my CD that is why I asked Vaughn for the tcase and tranny numbers. I did read in my TM 9808 manual for the WC 3/4 tons that all the WC3/4 tons had a pressurized cap of 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 lbs. they used an early and late style cap and the late ones fit on the post War wagon. so if you want a pressure cap theen a WC cap will work.

I was guessing that an overflow system would have a pressure cap. I suppose it wouldnt need it.
