Just so you understand this is no joking matter and in fact very real.The problem is what is we know as "a depressed rural ecomony".There are so few jobs and nothing but scammers , welfare frauds,and thieves.The locals that steal,steal to eat.Some for do it for drugs but most are hungry and with out much.

During winter months most villans commit a senseless crime to get to jail for 3 squares a day and a warm bed.There are two street cleaners in town who pick butts and small pieces of paper ect.I asked them have the ever found any money on the ground ie bills or change,they have never turned a dime in twenty yars of cleaning the streets.As long as we have our trailer trash in the Canadian shield and them wandering around here its lock up evreything that can you might have a chance to keep it j
