Front axle bump stops

The front axle bump stops on my truck were in pretty good shape so I just cleaned them up. But they've been off the truck for a while and I don't remember the specifics of their mounting because the tapped holes in the frame don't match the holes in the bump stop.

Is there some sort of spacer or adapter I'm missing?
