OT need help with a Marvel Carb on an Oliver

I have a 1960 Lull forklift with an Oliver 770 engine. I had it running fine three weeks ago but it won't start now. I rebuilt the carb due to a flooding problem. Wouldn't start before and won't start now. It will run on starting fluid so it's not drawing gas from the bowl. I really need to get this thing running ASAP. It's getting gas from a small temperary gravity feed gas tank. It has a Marvel TSX 363 updraft carb. Anyone have any ideas? I've had this carb off and apart a dozen times so I'm about ready to throw it.
