As I mentioned before, the remote starter switch is pretty much useless for your truck.
Just run a wire from the battery negative to one of the two terminals on the coil. You want the terminal not connected directly to the distributor.
The oil gauge is mechanical. No electricity required if it is the original style. There should be a copper tube (not the really small one for the temperature gauge)leading from the engine to the oil pressure gauge.
You just need a fuel hose and some sort of supply to feed the carb with a gravity fuel feed.
I sure wish you had someone there to give you a little advice.
