The winch frame extensions are reproductions I got from one of the vendors here. As for the crossmember it was templated out of some cardboard and then taken to a local Fab shop where they cut and bent it out of some 3/16" plate. Then I assembled it in the frame and burned it all together. Its just standard plate steel, nothing special.
