I wonder why one could not make a spacer to push to Saginaw box further out of the frame so no cutting is required. Might need to change the angle on the steering column some.
I do know using a Cummins B3.9 and Dodge NV4500, this will NOT work due to left side starter clearance issues. Hang a GM NV4500 on the B3.9 and its no issue as the starter is now on the right side.
Just a wondering ????
